These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SermonScribe mobile application ("App") developed by Deepify ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using SermonScribe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
SermonScribe is an audio recording and transcription application for iOS. The App allows you to:

SermonScribe does not require account creation. Your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for:
SermonScribe offers a free tier with limited recordings per month and a Pro subscription that unlocks unlimited recordings, AI summaries, action item extraction, and additional features.
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing to SermonScribe Pro, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases and subscriptions.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding audio recording in your jurisdiction. Many regions require consent from speakers before recording. SermonScribe is intended for use in contexts where recording is permitted, such as public sermons, lectures, and meetings where attendees are aware of recording. We recommend informing speakers that you are recording.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Deepify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all content you create using SermonScribe (recordings, transcripts, notes, summaries). By using the App, you grant us no rights to your content. It remains entirely yours and is stored only on your device.
SermonScribe integrates with Apple services (Speech Recognition, Foundation Models, StoreKit). Your use of these services is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of Apple's services.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Voice recognition and AI summarisation may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying transcriptions and summaries before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deepify and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease. Your locally stored data remains on your device regardless of termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by posting updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Deepify regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
